Georgia Shocks Mizzou 70-64 in OT

The Missouri Tigers 26 game home winning streak came to a surprising halt on Wednesday night with Georgia upsetting Mizzou 70-64 in overtime. Georgia came into the game with a 6-6 record, including an 0-6 road record this season.

The Tigers got behind 30-20 in the first half, but battled back to take a 39-34 lead in the second half. Georgia would not go away, leading 56-53 in the final minute of the second half. Jordan Clarkson's three pointer tied the game at 56-56 for Missouri and sent the game to overtime. In the extra period, Mizzou built a 63-58 lead, but Georgia scored the next seven points to give them the 70-64 upset win.

Jabari Brown was the Tigers leading scorer with 19 points. The loss drops the Tigers record to 12-2. Fox 2 Sports reporter Charlie Marlow was at the game and has this post game report.
