(STLMoms) – A dad’s quirky answers to a form he was suppose to fill out for his daughter has become an internet sensation after it was shared on Reddit this week.

Ben from Sydney, Australia filled out a daycare questionnaire that asked parents to list their children’s goals by using answers like “unplug all power cords,” and “open every drawer, everywhere.”

In an online report, dad says he was just poking fun at the form and has a great relationship with the daycare providers. They agreed.

The form is meant for children 5 years and older.  Ben’s daughter, Emma, is 11 months old.
