Two men arrested in connection with South Roxana death investigation

UPDATE: Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of Frances Ragan. Jeremy Loraine was arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Retail Theft, and Two Counts of Battery.

Robert Stoces was arrested for Parole Violation for Manufacturing Methamphetamine.

SOUTH ROXANA, IL (KTVI)-A woman was found dead inside of a U-Haul truck parked in front of the Dollar General store on Broadway near Route 111 in South Roxana, IL.  The Madison County Coroner has identified the woman as Frances M. Ragan, 42, of East Alton.

An autopsy did not reveal any indication of violence or trauma involved in the death. Further microscopic and toxicological testing will be performed.

The death remains under investigation.
