Police seek public’s help to locate wanted car thief

COLUMBIA, IL (KTVI) – The Columbia, Illinois police department is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted person.

36-year old Jeremy L. Davis is wanted for aggravated unlawful use of a stolen vehicle and driving on a revoked license.

Last week, Davis and two other suspects fled from police in a stolen 2001 F-250 Ford pickup truck with an attached trailer filled with stolen construction equipment.

Davis’ last known address was in Waterloo, but police believe he is currently staying in St. Louis.

Davis’ bond has been set at $50,000.00.
