MO S&T Rolla briefly evacuated after gas leak

ROLLA, MO (KTVI) – Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla was evacuated after a gas line leak was detected Wednesday morning. After about an hour, students were allowed back in buildings.

According to the school’s Twitter account, the leak was located on the north side of campus. Students were asked to go to Bullman multipurpose building during the evacuation.

The university’s website was down during the incident, because of the leak. Students and faculty were asked to monitor the school’s Twitter account for updates.
