LADUE, MO (KTVI) – Chef Lawrence Hutchinson stopped by to tell Tim Ezell that L’Ecole Culinaire is much more than just a cooking school.
You can eat there, take individual classes, schedule their food truck and much more.
Chef Hutchinson prepared Salmon with Finger Potato Hash and Parsley Nage.
• The Presentation Room is open for lunch and dinner with a new menu. Lunch is on Monday and Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and dinner is Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
• L`Ecole Culinaire is hosting Chefs Table Happy Hours on Friday evenings at the Presentation Room from 4-7:30 p.m. Each week features a new themed menu. The next Happy Hour is this Friday, April 4.
