(KTVI) - He was convicted of a St. Charles armed robbery 13 years ago, but when no one told him when to report to jail, he went on with his life.
During those years in "legal limbo," Cornealious "Mike" Anderson got married, was a dad to four kids, bought a home in Webster Groves and started a construction business.
He was sent to jail last year when a clerical error was discovered. Eight months later, he was freed. Defense Attorney Chet Pleban talks about the case.
