FLORISSANT, MO (AP) - A St. Louis County man is dead after being struck by an SUV driven by his twin brother following a dispute during a pickup basketball game.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 24-year-old Marlon Horton died Sunday night in Florissant.

The brothers and two other men were playing basketball at a middle school when a fight broke out. Police say Horton's brother got into his Chevy Tahoe and drove toward the fight, honking his horn, in an apparent attempt to break it up.

The driver told police he lost control and struck his brother. Horton was crushed between the vehicle and a tree.

Florissant officer Andy Haarmann says the brother was ``very remorseful.'' He was arrested on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, but no charges were filed as of Tuesday.
