ST. PAUL, MN (AP) – The head of the Archdiocese of St. Louis said under oath that he couldn’t recall details about how he handled allegations of abuse against a Minnesota priest years ago.

But Archbishop Robert Carlson did say he never went to authorities after that priest admitted in 1984 that he engaged in criminal sexual contact with a minor.

Carlson was deposed last month in a case against the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, where Carlson served for many years and had a role in investigating allegations of abuse from 1979 to 1994.

Messages left with the archdioceses of St. Louis and St. Paul-Minneapolis weren’t immediately returned.

Carlson left Minnesota in 1994 and served as bishop in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Saginaw, Mich., before becoming St. Louis archbishop in 2009.

Where was God when this shit happens? It is thi g like why I do not trust God. The Left Hand Path is safer than The Right Hand Path. We should get something done to stop this shit or start TAXING ALL CHURCHES. Where was God?

That archybiships has a strange god. What kinda god would made them kids too cute for them pedo-priest to resist?
Maybe his god wanted him to hide the crimes so that their priest could continue enjoying themselves on the kids?
That is one screwed up religion and its time for their god to step in and give all them pedopriest a plague of leprosy.
A just & righteous Lord would smite that child abuse enabling arch-hypocit with a bolt of lightning and fill all them fancy cathedrals with a hoard of dead frogs.

Another station who usually doesn’t try to cover up for these religious pedophiles the way Tea Party Fox does, says he testified he “didn’t believe se*xual abuse was against the law”. Wow.

Okay – can we then all say we didn’t know bias against religion and denying people the right to their sicko religious beliefs (usually to hide something) was against the Constitution? Seems denial and disinformation is working for the gun lobby, why not for religion, too? Denial and disinformation can work for both guns AND bibles if done right! Seems to have an AWFUL lot of Americans fooled, that’s for sure!

But these cases DO go back a bit in time – through 1994? Why don’t they forget all that and focus on the present, where I’m SURE they’ll STILL find lotsa hypocrite priests abusing young people while looking like the holiest of the holy from the outside. If the truth came out, it’s likely a LOT of them STILL doing this. What’s making them stop? Certainly not our judicial system or fear of any kind of punishment whatsoever.

Hoo, boy! You guys should read Revelations. There will be a reckoning. If anti-Christianity takes hold in this country, you are helping fulfill scripture. People who sin so wickedly are not sincere Christians. I don’t care what costumes they wear, or props they use. Really loving the Lord is what Christianity is about. Not putting on a fake face, and reciting the right words.

This one of many reason I hate God. It is not that I do not believe in God. I can not stand him. Where the fuck was God when this carp GOSE on.

God gave mankind free will. People have been doing horrible things to each other all through history. But don’t be deceived. God is not mocked. For what ever a person sows, that is what he or she will reap.
