ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) –  Part of the price tag to renovate the Arch could be passed on to Missouri tax payers.  The project will receive $159 million dollars in local, state and federal funds.  State officials said the additional $15 million dollars would be a tax credit designed to spur more private donations. The tax credits still have to be approved by the Missouri Department of Revenue and the Governor’s Office of Administration.
