Forsyth County, GA (WGCL) — A man was arrested Wednesday after police said he dragged a dog behind his pickup truck on a road north of Atlanta.

According to a news release from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s office, 41-year-old Miguel Sanchez, of Cumming, was seen driving a pickup truck with a German Shepherd tied to the back on a leash.

Sanchez was driving on Ronald Reagan Boulevard near State Route 141 in Forsyth County, according to police.
