A weak weather front waves its way over the bi-state region…not alot of focus to this system and losing steam but it is hanging around…over the weekend…a mix of clouds and sun…with a few showers and thunderstorms around…no all day rains…that just does not happen in June…really any part of summer unless some tropical action comes up from the Gulf. Lots of dry time over the weekend…but it is a watch the sky weekend..prime time for ht and miss action…mid to late afternoon and into the evening…where they hit…look for heavy rain, lightning, gusty winds and small hail…be ready to get inside…but also expect lots of dry time….still on track for slightly cooler weather for the middle of next week.
