Florissant City Council back tracks on department head pay raises

FLORISSANT, MO (KTVI) – The Florissant City Council back tracked Monday night on a plan that would have seen department heads pay rise by as much as 17 percent.

Investigator Elliott Davis first reported the pay raise plan last week and spoke with Florissant Mayor Tom Schneider about tonight's action to raise employees pay and to revisit how to approve raises for department heads.
