Exercise linked to higher GPA
(KTVI)- College students who want to improve their grades can put down the books and get some exercise.
A researcher at Michigan State University says students, in their first two years of school, had higher GPA’s when they got to the gym on a regular basis.
Also, they were less likely to drop out of school.
The study says students that feel connected to a community or organization tend to do better in new environments.
