Flood waters recede enough to open roads and ferry

(KTVI) – Receding flood waters are allowing roads and a ferry to reopen. Illinois 96 through Mozierin Calhoun County, Illinois 100 through Jersey County and the Brussels Ferry have been reopened.

The road and ferry were closed ten days ago due flooding on the Mississippi and Illinois River.
