(KTVI)- It’s also time to add USB drives to the list of things that should never be shared.

Security researchers have discovered USB-connected devices can be reprogrammed to pose as other devices, making it even easier for hackers to steal personal information.

For example, allowing someone to charge their smartphone on your computer could lead to identity theft, bank fraud or extortion.
