Rams face Saints at Dome; Fans should expect street closures near Dome

(KTVI) - The St. Louis Rams will take on the New Orleans Saints in a pre-season game at the Edward Jones Dome Thursday night.

Several streets will be closed for the Rams 2014 season prior to kickoff.

Cole Street between 7th and Broadway 4 hours

Convention Plaza between 7th and Broadway 4 hours

Broadway Exit off I-70 Expressway Lanes 2 hours and 45 minutes

Broadway Exit off I-44 Westbound 2 hours and 45 minutes

Broadway along the Edward Jones Dome 2 hours and 30 minutes

Please note: The process to begin closing the Broadway exits off I-70 Eastbound Expressway and I-44 Westbound will begin upwards to three hours prior to game time to ensure that the Broadway exits are closed by two hours and 45 minutes prior to kickoff.

Access to Parking North of the Edward Jones Dome

  • I-70 Eastbound traffic headed downtown should exit at Tucker Blvd (Exit 249B) (Please note: Pine Street exit off I-44 is closed). Make a left on Cass Avenue and a right on 10th
  • I-44 Eastbound/55 Northbound traffic will need to exit off at Washington Avenue (Exit 292) and continue straight on 3rd Street to Cass Avenue then turn left.
  • I-64 Eastbound, exit at 14th Street (Exit 39A) and make a left, at Market turn right, at Tucker turn left, and then at Carr turn right.
  • Illinois traffic will need to take the Martin Luther King Bridge, proceed North on 3rd Street to Cass Avenue and turn left.

Drop-off along Broadway for Guests with Disabilities

  • I-70 Eastbound traffic headed for downtown will exit at Martin Luther King Bridge/ Illinois/Arch-Riverfront (Exit 250A) and then make a left turn on 3rd Street, proceed to Carr and make a left turn where security personnel will assist you.
  • I-44 Eastbound/I-55 Northbound traffic should exit at Walnut Street (Exit 251C) and turn left onto Walnut and left onto 4th Heading North on 4th Street, proceed to Biddle and turn left, continue to Broadway and turn left, continue to the intersection of Broadway and Cole where security personnel will assist you.
  • Illinois guests should enter via Martin Luther King Bridge and then make a right turn on 3rd Street, proceed to Carr and make a left turn where security personnel will assist you.
  • I-64 Eastbound traffic should exit off at the 6th Street (Exit 40 ‘Last MO exit’) at Gratiot St. make a left and the turn left onto 4th Heading North on 4th Street, proceed to Biddle and turn left, continue to Broadway and turn left, continue to the intersection of Broadway and Cole where security personnel will assist you.
