#FirstDaySTL: Rockwood, St. Louis Public School students head back to class Monday

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Two of the area’s largest school districts will be back in class Monday.   Students in the Rockwood and St. Louis Public Schools will start the 2014-2015 school year.

St. Louis Public Schools superintendent Dr. Kelvin Adams plans to visit several schools tomorrow to greet students.

The new Rockwood Superintendent, Dr. Eric Knost, will also visit several schools and greet students Monday morning.  Knost joined the district in July.  He was previously the superintendent in the Mehlville School District.  An estimated 21,500 students attend school in Rockwood.   St. Louis City enrolls around 27,000.
