Second year wide receiver Stedman Bailey has been reinstated to the Rams roster. The announcement came Wednesday from the NFL. Bailey had been suspended for four games for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances. The NFL and the Players Union just completed a new policy on PED's. lowering Bailey's suspension from four games to two games, thus making him available for the coming Sunday's Rams game with the Cowboys. Bailey talked after practice and was excited to be back two weeks sooner.
