VALLEY PARK, MO (KTVI)- Tickets are now available for the 28th annual Budweiser Guns ‘N Hoses boxing event.

FOX 2’s Lisa Hart is live in Valley Park to see how Missouri and Illinois first responders are gearing up for this St. Louis tradition.

The Guns `N Hoses boxing event benefits The BackStoppers, a non-profit organization that assists families of first responders who have died in the line of duty. This year`s event will take place at 7 p.m., Thanksgiving Eve, on Wednesday, November 26th at the Scottrade Center.

Guns `N Hoses will feature 15 three-round bouts of boxing and Mixed Martial Arts matches between police officers, firefighters and emergency medical personnel from Missouri and Illinois. Both male and female fighters are scheduled. Prior to the opening bell, Guns `N Hoses will honor those first responders who lost their lives during the past year.

Former MLB player and current St. Louis Cardinals color commentator Al Hrabosky, and NHL all-star and current Executive Vice President of the St. Louis Blues Brett Hull are serving as this year`s honorary team captains. Hrabosky will captain the red team and Hull will serve as captain of the blue team.

Ticket prices for the 2014 Guns `N Hoses event are $35, $25 and $15.
