ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - The Fall's first flu cases are confirmed in St. Louis County.

Three patients tested positive and have been treated at St. Anthony's Hospital earlier this October.  It comes in the middle of the Enterovirus concerns which has sickened nearly 700 people nationwide.

But, health officials say the flu will affect far more people.  This year's flu vaccine protects against four strains of influenza.
