Mid-Missouri man charged with sexual assault of two teenagers

WAYNESVILLE, MO- A former Pulaski County man is in jail facing multiple charges on felony sex offenses with children. Neil M. Couillard, 34, is charged with two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy of a person less than 14 years old, and three counts of incest.

A report had been filed with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department that Couillard had sexually assaulted a 14-year-old relative. The suspect had recently moved to Wright County. Investigators went to the new home where they discovered a female relative had also been assaulted.

Couillard was arrested Thursday afternoon at his workplace in Laclede County. He is being held in the Pulaski County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.

Couillard is a registered sex offender.
