A little clipper rolls by Thursday…a slight bump-up in temperature…maybe a few scattered afternoon and early evening showers…during the day…a mix of clouds and sun…with clouds the main feature in the afternoon…then a rather impressive cold shot for Friday and Saturday…Halloween is cold, windy and dry…the first widespread freeze late Friday night into Saturday morning…still cold on Saturday…lighter wind…a little warmer Sunday and Monday…Then a wet run of weather…all rain Monday night and Tuesday of next week…still a lot of bouncing of temperatures into the middle of November.

my winter forecast…it will be out Thursday…November 20th..there has been a lot of chatter about the winter…but I hold off because weather patterns in October and early November give great clues to the winter season.
