(KTVI)- The St. Louis Astronomical Society is offering stargazers a way to look to the skies while saving money. You can head to your local library and borrow a telescope.

A St. Louis County Library card can get you a telescope for a 7-day period. You can visit one of five branches: Headquarters, Daniel Boone, Florissant Valley, Lewis & Clark and Tesson Ferry.

St. Louis Public libraries, Kirkwood and University City Libraries are also participating.
