ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Promoting healthy eating and exercising habits for kids and adults alike, the NFL Play-60 program has been encouraging young kids to eat right and stay fit for the last five years.

Childhood obesity is a growing epidemic not just for our youth but adults as well.

That’s why Oasis started a program to motivate adults to live a healthier lifestyle too.

For the first time the two programs came together, based on inter-generational programs that inspire people of all ages to get moving and eat healthier options.  If you want sign up for NFL Play-60 program log onto official site of the St. Louis Rams.
