BKM Bootcamp kicks off the ashes of Ferguson riots

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - The BKM Fitness and Bootcamp office was damaged in by rioters in Ferguson. But, owner Briant K. Mitchell said his classes are still open and saving lives.

Vandals broke windows at the gym the night a grand jury decided against charging Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson with a crime in the deadly August 9, 2014 shooting of Michael Brown. Brown was unarmed.

Mitchell said he was still able to train clients, many of whom have lost over a hundred pounds each. She has a motto, "You'll Survive." She showed FOX2's Kim Hudson what survival in Ferguson looks like for many affected small businesses.
