A day of prayer and Christian hip hop concert bring people together

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - Saturday was a day of prayer for St. Louis as organizers for Hope for the City Concert held a prayer service under the Gateway Arch. The group prayed for the future of St. Louis.

Organizers followed the prayer service with concert Saturday night at the Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church on Martin Luther King in north St. Louis.

The concert started at 7 pm, featuring Derek Minor Propaganda, J.R., Flame and THI’SL. The host for the concert was Christian Hip Hop artist and Grammy winning LeCrae.
