ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-It looks like Sony Pictures will release “The Interview” after all. Sony announced a limited theatrical release for the movie beginning on Christmas Day.

Seth Rogan’s and James Franco’s North Korea farce can be seen locally at the Chase Park Plaza, Galleria 6, MX Movies downtown, and four unnamed Wehrenberg Theatres.

Last week, hackers threatened violence against theaters showing the film, prompting the nation’s largest theater chains to drop the film.

Sony then canceled the film’s release altogether.

President Obama and others criticized Sony for pulling the film, calling it self-censorship.
