(KTVI)- One of the grand jurors who participated in the officer Darren Wilson- ruling wants to talk publicly but under Missouri law, it's illegal for grand jurors to discuss the proceedings. The ACLU filed a lawsuit on behalf of "Grand Juror Doe."
