ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) –   FOX 2 reporter Chris Hayes sent Missouri Governor Jay Nixon a request for documents.  The package delivered by the United States Postal Service appears to be damaged.  It is not clear if it was sent like that.

Last week the National Guard asked for a retraction to a FOX 2 story.  They dispute Hayes’ report that Gov. Jay Nixon held back hundreds of National Guardsmen at Lambert Airport while Ferguson burned on the night of the Grand Jury decision in the Darren Wilson/Michael Brown case.

Reporter Chris Hayes is not backing down. Video captured from SkyFOX helicopter shows firefighters dropping their hoses to the sound of gunfire on the night of November 24th, 2014.

We still have no answer from Missouri’s governor or the National Guard about their demands for a retraction from Fox 2.

The governor’s office should really look into the way packages are handled.
