MARYVILLE, IL (KTVI)-The Troy/Edwardsville Shrine Club of the Ainad Shriners is hosting a screening clinic next weekend where they hope to identify children in the area who may have an orthopaedic condition that can be treated at Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis. This clinic is free of charge. Shriners has treated childhood orthopaedic conditions since the founding of their first hospital in 1922.
The clinic will be held Saturday, March 7, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL from 9:00 am to 11:00am. If it is determined that a child can be helped, Shriners Hospitals for Children will follow up to contact the family to make arrangements for the child’s first appointment.
Anderson Hospital is located at 6800 IL. Rte. 162 in Maryville.
