HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)- Snowed in?  There are many way to burn a few extra calories on a snow day: clean the house, lay with the kids, pop in a workout DVD.

Here is a 16 min workout you can do to get a quick burn. Do each exercise for one minute.
