Cards Beat Astros 5-2 at Spring Training

The Cardinals improved their Spring Training record to 2-0 with a 5-2 win over the Houston Astros on Friday in Jupiter, Florida. Rookies Marco Gonzales and Tommy Pham led the way to the Cardinals victory. Gonzales started the game on the mound and pitched two shutout innings. Pham went 4 for 4 at the plate and drove in one run. Kevin Siegrist pitched a scoreless ninth inning to pick up the save.
