ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – It’s time to spring forward. Daylight Saving Time officially begins at 2 a.m. Sunday. That means before you go to bed late Saturday, set your clocks ahead one hour. If you forget, you’ll be an hour late for everything Sunday.

This is also a good time to change the batteries in your home’s smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.
