ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Trainer Bryce Mitchell of New Era Fitness said a full-body conditioning workout can torch calories and improve performance in your everyday life.
He and client Akassi Kakre showed how standard exercises like the Hanging Clean and Front Squat can get you a quick, but heart-pounding workout.

Hanging Clean

1. High Pull
2. Front Squat
3. Overhead press

Do four sets of 10-15 reps.
