ELKMONT, AL - An Alabama couple is offering you a free house and farm, the mortgage paid-off, and everything you need to start up a goat cheese company. All you need is the perfect words to win them over.

For Leslie Spell it took several tries and plenty of fails to perfect her goat cheese. Once she did, Humble Heart Farms has become a growing business for her and her husband, Paul. So why now do they want to give it all away for free.? The Spells plan to move to Costa Rica to help missionaries start up goat farms.

Instead of selling the 20-acre property and home worth $350,000, they are just asking anyone interested in taking it over to write an essay explaining why they are the best fit to care for their goats.

Leslie Spell says, "Its just the right time for the next ones to do it."

All applicants must pay a $150 entry fee. They are hoping to get at least 2,500 essays. That would cover the rest of the mortgage on their home. What's less will be given to the winner to start their business.

If you don't know how to make goat cheese, don't worry. They say they will train you. The Spells say giving someone a chance at a new life is wonderful. They hope that the winner knows the work that comes along with the prize.

Paul Spell says, "This is their business and this is their life, this is not a 9-5 job."

Leslie Spell added, "Not to say they won't have some struggles and things to figure out but at least they are going to start with a product that has a following and that's well-received. So they can pick up and start running. And I'm so excited to see where they take it."
