Baltimore pastor trying to build a bridge between residents in Ferguson and police

(KPLR) - A pastor from the Baltimore area, a city that is dealing with racial unrest, has been in Ferguson this week trying to build bridges between African-Americans and the police. Nationally know racial expert, Dr. David Anderson’s approach is different.  He says justice is important but the first step should be forgiveness.
