ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – When it comes to managing alcohol consumption, more and more people don't want to give up drinking altogether, they want to manage how much they drink. There's a peer support group called Moderation Management that attempts to do just that: Help people control the amount of alcohol they consumer without giving it up entirely. The program begins with a 30-day period of alcohol abstinence, followed by techniques to reintroduce alcohol in ways that help people control the amount they drink.
