Funeral scheduled for Jerrel ‘The Rose Man’ Nixon

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for hit-and-run victim Jerrel Nixon. The 64-year-old lovingly known as the 'The Rose Man,' was struck and killed Sunday night while crossing the street on Natural Bridge Avenue at Farrar. He had just left nearby CW's Lounge after selling roses. Police made an arrest shortly after the accident.

Mr. Nixon's services will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at Austin Layne Mortuary in Normandy. The viewing will start at 11a.m. followed by the funeral at noon.
