Police identify homeless man shot, killed over the weekend

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Authorities have identified the homeless man who was shot and killed in north St. Louis over the weekend. Early Saturday morning police found 27-year-old Travis Phillips in a vacant home on Sullivan and East Prairie. Phillips had been shot in the chest.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still searching for his killer.
