THE WEATHER DISCO:

High pressure takes control…a high pressure that will drift west over the southern states…this will give us summer-time weather for the weekend…However…the bi-state region will be on the edge of the dome of high pressure and a stormy flow…still thinking the core storms will be hanging to our north and northeast…lets think a line from Des Moines to Quincy to Springfield…so close…but we should be in the heat….the humidity will be and stay very high…thanks to all the rain and the river flooding…so keep that in mind over the weekend and all over next week….then as the high gets over the southern plains…that will weaken the flow and allow the northwest flow to did back in…this is a flow that will be very close to us over the weekend…so will not take much to open it back up again. There is a difference this time around…temperatures will not be as cool as the northwest flow in June and so far this July…and the rain will not be as intense….Have a great weekend everyone.
