THE WEATHER DISCO:

The extension of the Bermuda high takes solid control all weekend long…Partly sunny skies…hazy, hot and humid…thunderstorms tough to find. The heat index will be 110 plus…between 2 and 6 pm each day. A cool front drops down in the northwest flow(the real see-saw pattern of July) this front will trigger rain and strong storms late Sunday afternoon and evening…then more of a rain situation for Sunday night into Monday…more heavy rain possible…very efficient rain makers…the story of this summer…then cooler…back into the mid to 80’s for highs Monday and Tuesday. More heat building late next week…the see-saw pattern. Lots of questions about a possible record El Nino on the way. It is developing right now…but big questions on the power of the El Nino this Fall and Winter. A strong El Nino would mean a mild and wet winter(rain)…need to give this more time.
