Dave Murray’s Latest STL forecast and weather disco…WEDNESDAY…August 12, 2015:

***Canadian high pressure in control at the surface and the northwest flow aloft…perfect…wants to hang around for much of the week ahead…very pleasant days and nights in play into the weekend.***

*** My STL Fall forecast—Thursday night…August 27th…9pm on Fox 2…a look at September, October and November…plus some winter hints***

WEDNESDAY:

Lots of sunshine and nice
WINDS: North 5-15 5-15 M.P.H.
HIGH: 85 degrees

WEDNESDAY NIGHT:

Clear skies and nice
WINDS: North 5-10 M.P.H.
LOW: 66 DEGREES.

THURSDAY:

Lots of sunshine and ncie
WINDS: North 5-15 M.P.H.
HIGH: 85 DEGREES

Pretty nice weather Thursday into the weekend.

THE WEATHER DISCO:

A classic summer-time break…a rather strong northwest flow as the dome of summer heat and humidity retreats back into the southwest. Seeing a blocking pattern set up over the next few days…the Omega block in play and that will stop most of the movement in the weather from coast to coast… and leaving us in a pretty nice set up for several days… no hard core summer heat or humidity
