ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The state of Missouri has issued an endangered person advisory for a 13-year-old St. Louis County girl. Aailyah Downing was reported missing after an incident in the 400 block of Shepley drive at 1pm on Thursday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Downing was reported as a runaway. They say her age, lack of access to medication and mental health history classifies her as at-risk. Police are not disclosing her private health history because of her young age.

Aaliyah Downing is described as a black female, age 13, height 5’2″, 190 lbs, black hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, and brown sandals.

If you have any information call the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
