WEBSTER GROVES, MO (KTVI)-The Repertory Theatre St. Louis opens its 49th season with 2014’s Tony Award winner for Best Play, Robert Schenkkan’s drama, All the Way. It depicts President Lyndon Johnson's efforts to maneuver members of Congress to enact, and civil rights leaders to support, the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The Broadway production starred popular actor Bryan Cranston as LBJ. This portrait of LBJ demonstrates how ruthless the Washington world can be when power politics clash with a desire to do good for the country.
The play opens September 9 and runs through early October. Get tickets here.
