ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Two people were rescued from flood waters Monday morning in downtown St. Louis. The individuals were stranded in a tent on the other side of the flood wall near Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard and Biddle Street. The St. Louis Fire Department along with the Marine Unit Task Force lowered a 28 foot ladder to complete the rescue.

No one was injured.
