ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI)- Beth Westrich and Brianna Berens of Pure Barre taught Kim Hudson some new workout moves this morning in the gym.

Pure Barre is a popular new form of exercise aimed at working out the entire body in just 55 minutes. The Pure Barre website states the program utilizes the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to music to reach different muscle groups.

Westrich, a studio manager, and Berens, an assistant manager and teacher, demonstrated the techniques used in the program for both men and women.

There are two Pure Barre studios in the St. Louis region. The first is at Ladue Crossing and the second is in the Central West End.
