ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – City leaders in Fenton are set to consider tax breaks for redevelopment of the old Chrysler plant location.

Plans developed last year called for building a minor league hockey arena on the land surrounded by stores, restaurants, and a hotel.

A vote on the $45-million dollar project was delayed last June. Some city council members raised questions about the financing.
