This was, "a substantial step toward the commission of the crime of Rape in the First Degree."

Hogenmiller lives with his parents in a neighborhood in north county between Overland and Maryland Heights. Hogenmiller`s mother and uncle as well as neighbors declined to comment on the case.

Hogenmiller has worked as a counselor for a youth serving organization and another that provides care to adults and children with disabilities. This case does not involve a victim from those organizations. St. Louis County Police want to know if there are more victims. They are asking anyone with information to call: 636-529-8210.
