ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI)- Last December, the Chief Economist for Realtor.com, Jonathan Smoke, predicted St. Louis would be the second hottest real estate market in the country in 2016 and his prediction is coming true.
The St. Louis Association of Realtors recently announced home sales are on the rise in the region. In fact, home sales are at the highest level in seven months.
To explain the rise in the market and how it affects home sales in the area, John Gormley spoke with the Fox 2 team this morning. Gormley is the CEO of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
